The fate of the Premier League title in Hand MU

Alex Ferguson claimed the Premier League title fate at the hands of Manchester United after they opened a 12-point lead over Manchester City with a 2-0 win against Everton on Sunday (10/02/2013).
Following the defeat of City at Southampton on Saturday, Ferguson changed previous plans to megistirahatkan key players ahead of Real Madrid in the Champions League to Real Madrid. He issued the strongest team on Sunday, with the exception of defender Rio Ferdinand who was watching from the stands.
The result was a convincing win at Old Trafford and Ferguson admits United are in pole position to reclaim the title with 12 games remaining, although he refuses to write off City of the title race.
"I will make seven changes, but when I got the results of City I think this would be a more important game for us," said Ferguson.
"It will give us a sense of comfort, and we can make changes later in the season.
"Realistically we knew if we got the result it will put us in a fantastic position.
"Now, we look at the next game and won the next game is the only thing we can do, then won the next game .. That's all we have thought.
Ferguson also praised veteran midfielder Ryan Giggs, 39, continued to incise the Premier League record books by scoring the first goal before Robin van Persie wrapped up the win in the first-half injury time.
Giggs helped calm the nerves early Old Trafford with a goal after 13 minutes, his first goal in the league this season.
"He's fantastic in this game anymore., At 38 years old ... or is he 39? Maybe 40, I do not know, but he's up and down the field throughout the game and showed fantastic energy to the game.'s Beautiful to look at."
One of the interested spectators at Old Trafford on Sunday was Jose Mourinho, manager of Real Madrid who face United in the first leg at the Bernabeu in the Champions League last 16 on Wednesday (13/22013).
Both managers meet and chat before kick-off and Ferguson now obviously enjoying the winning locking younger foe once again.
"I had a chat with him, he had a great result yesterday again," Ferguson said on Real's 4-1 victory over Sevilla in La Liga.
"This will be a fantastic game on Wednesday and I just hope we have everyone in my field."
Ferguson confirmed that Phil Jones (foot injury) and Jonny Evans (cramps) out of the game against Everton as a precaution.
Meanwhile, Everton manager David Moyes echoed the minds of many people when he stated that the City faces a mountain if they defend their title.
"In football you never know," said Moyes. "But 12 points against a club like Manchester United is a huge gap."
